Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of Royal Girls Spa – Beauty & Manners. By booking a service, party, or program, or by using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Royal Girls Spa provides boutique beauty and wellness services including nail services, birthday parties, special events, and the Royal Academy educational program. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person at our discretion, including in cases where health, safety, or conduct concerns arise.
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or payment. By submitting a booking request, you are not guaranteed a reservation until you receive a written confirmation from Royal Girls Spa. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total event value is required to confirm and hold your booking for all birthday parties and private events. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event prior to the start of services.
The deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including change of mind, change of plans, or personal emergencies. By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
For Royal Academy program registrations, full payment or an agreed installment plan is required at the time of registration to secure your child's spot.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking:
All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to info@royalgirlsspa.ca.
Birthday parties and private events are strictly capped at 10 participants. This limit is non-negotiable and will be enforced on the day of the event. Additional guests who arrive beyond the confirmed count will not be admitted to the service area.
Guests must arrive on time. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes of the scheduled start time may result in a shortened service duration without any adjustment to the event price. Parents or guardians are responsible for the behavior of all children in attendance.
It is the client's responsibility to inform Royal Girls Spa of any known allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or special requirements prior to the appointment or event. Royal Girls Spa will make reasonable accommodations where possible but cannot be held liable for adverse reactions to products where such information was not disclosed.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price in effect at the time of booking confirmation will apply to your reservation. Add-ons for parties must be pre-booked and paid at least 72 hours before the event.
Royal Girls Spa's liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Royal Girls Spa is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items brought onto the premises.
Royal Girls Spa may take photographs or videos during events for use on our website and social media channels. By booking an event, you grant us permission to use such media for marketing purposes unless you notify us in writing prior to the event that you do not consent to this.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
